Flat full blocks and KLB flat sound insulation blocks

Small-sized, solid supplementary blocks, suitable for sound-insulating masonry

 

KLB flat full blocks are small-sized, solid supplementary blocks, which are thermally adapted to the KLB flat blocks. The blocks have a height of 124 mm and a length of 249 mm. The fronts are, in contrast to the KLB flat blocks with their dovetailing in the butt joint, smooth and therefore have to be processed in the horizontal joint and butt joint with thin-bed mortar.

 

The 8 DF flat solid blocks alone (flat building panels height 249 mm, length 497 mm, thickness 115 mm) have simple dovetailing, with the groove on one side and the tongue on the other side but they do not have to be mortared. The flat solid blocks are used for any partitions in the KLB flat block masonry. Due to the different formats all masonry thicknesses can be supplemented. The calculated values of the heat conductivity numbers correspond to the compliance certificate ÜZ WBK1-2005/0510.

 

KLB flat sound insulation blocks correspond in their dimensions to the KLB flat solid stones. The processing also includes mortaring the load-bearing joints and butt joints with thin-bed mortar. In particular, these solid blocks are used for any partitions or additions in the sound-insulating masonry.
