KLB Mortar

Special mortar for use with KLB masonry

KLB Light-weight mortar LM 21

KLB Light Mortar LM 21 is optimally matched to KLB masonry blocks in terms of structural and physical properties as well as processing properties.

KLB light-weight mortar LM 21 has a maximum allowable dry gross density of the finished mortar of ≤ 0.7 kg/dm³ with a coefficient of thermal conductivity λR of 0.21 W/mK.

KLB light-weight mortar LM 21 corresponds to mortar group IIa.

KLB thin-bed mortar

KLB thin-bed mortars as KLB-P thin-bed mortar or KLB-P thin-bed mortar “light-weight” were specially developed for KLB flat block masonry. The processing and the resulting listed values are only achieved by using these mortars. KLB thin-bed mortar is added to each delivery in sufficient quantity for a fee.

KLB thin-bed mortar is applied with a KLB mortar sledge or a toothed trowel. During processing it displays high suppleness. KLB thin-bed mortar is used for all flat blocks. The processing regulations and information for the water quantities and mixing times to be used must be observed.

The mortar corresponds to mortar group III.

KLB-mortars and plaster MG IIa

KLB Lightweight Mortar LM 21 is optimally adapted to KLB bricks in terms of structural and structural aspects as well as processing properties.

KLB Lightweight Mortar LM 21 has a maximum permissible dry bulk density of the finished mortar of ≤ 0.7 kg / dm³ with a thermal conductivity λR of 0.21 W / mK.

KLB light mortar LM 21 corresponds to mortar group IIa.

KLB-cement mortar MG III

KLB cement mortar is optimally matched to KLB bricks in terms of static and building physics as well as processing properties.

KLB-mortars and plaster has a maximum permissible dry density of the finished mortar of ≤ 1.8 kg / dm³.

KLB cement mortar corresponds to mortar group III.
