KLB U-Blocks
Blocks for building with lost formwork
KLB U-blocks for wall thicknesses 17.5 cm, 24.0 cm, 30.0 cm or 36.5 cm make time-consuming shell work superfluous when forming ring anchors or ring beams, creating pillars and covering supports because they serve as the lost formwork.
Free cross section: 9.5 cm, 12.0 cm, 18.0 cm or 24.5 cm × 18.0 cm. After the hardening of the wall mortar, reinforcement rods are inserted and the remaining hollow space is cast full with concrete. A layer of insulation inserted towards the outside into the U-blocks at the construction site prevents thermal bridges.
